Group Health Insurance (Voluntary)

Disability Insurance (Automatic)

Eligibility: Full-time employees

Coverage Begins: First day of the month following 60 days of employment

SYAND Corporation provides both short-term and long-term disability insurance, fully paid by the company.

Retirement Plan

Eligible employees may participate in SYAND Corporation’s retirement plan and make contributions.

Supplemental Insurance (Voluntary)

Eligibility: Full-time employees

Availability: After 60 days of employment

Offered through AFLAC and available to the employee only. Employees are responsible for 100% of premiums.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Eligible employees are entitled to accrue paid time off (PTO) to use for vacation time, sick time, or other personal reasons. All regular full-time employees are entitled to accrue PTO from their date of hire at the following rates for every 80 hours worked:

  • 0–5 years: 15 days/year (4.62 hours per pay period)
  • 5–10 years: 20 days/year (6.154 hours per pay period)
  • 10+ years: 25 days/year (7.69 hours per pay period)

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)

  • Thanksgiving Day
